This proof of concept shows our splitting technology. An assortment of jig designs is shown below, designed to be easily swapped in to the separator, allowing it to keep pace with the rapidly changing e-cigarette market.
Our final product will implement all safety requirements per OSHA regulations, and optimize operator ergonomics.
By separating them down the parting line, debris is limited and the nicotine does not leech out. This product has the potential to drastically increase lithium recovery as we work towards a circular economy for electronics.
